Kiana Morano has been an athlete since she was able to walk. Starting with gymnastics and eventually moving on to lacrosse and sticking with volleyball through high school and college. She has been training since 2017 and now specializes in corrective exercises, strength training and balance. Kiana is equipped to work with people of all ages and abilities – whether they are 8 or 80. She’s coached them and shown them what confidence in the gym looks like and how it translates into confidence in life. In fact, her favorite cue, which will is ingrained into each student is, “keep your chin up!”.
When she’s not in Tree Pose she’s usually among the trees, hiking with her dogs Nala, Maverick and Ari. Her goal for herself and others is to connect the mind and body so intimately that each person becomes a stronger, more grounded version of themselves.
