Tayla David
Tayla began practicing yoga in 2011 and in May 2019 she followed one of her large dreams by completing her 200-hour RYT training through Boston Yoga School. As an athlete throughout her youth, she first looked to yoga as a physical practice but over the years discovered the benefits extended to her total wellness. What kept her coming back was the connection of the mind, body, breath and spirit that makes yoga not just a workout, but a practice of mindfulness and self-awareness.
